Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Scrapbooking Courses (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms and “you” refers to that organization.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, without limitation:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service (including denial-of-service behavior).
• Using the Service to upload, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or infringing.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, or automating access except where expressly permitted by law or with our written consent.
• Removing or altering proprietary notices in course materials or the Service interface.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or creates risk to other users, the Service, or third parties.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete account information.
• Promptly update any changes to your information.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or security incidents.

We may require you to reset credentials or take additional security steps if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

If you purchase access to paid courses, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes displayed at checkout. Course access, pricing, and any refund or cancellation terms will be presented prior to purchase and may vary by offer.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable after access is delivered. Where refunds are provided, they may be subject to verification and reasonable anti-fraud checks. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine abuse of refund policies.

We may change prices or availability of offerings at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

The Service, including course content, videos, templates, text, graphics, logos, and the overall look and feel, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own educational and personal purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly display course materials unless expressly permitted in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. You understand that use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If we make changes that materially affect your rights, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
